Imagine eating such a mountain for dinner, and going to bed immediately; that is equal to committing suicide. On a more serious note, we should endeavor to eat less of these heavy carbohydrates, especially in the night, and go green on feeding. That doesn't mean we should start behaving like goats anyway.
